During my internship as a Brand Designer at Elty, a health-tech startup dedicated to simplifying access to medical care,
I played an active role in the transition phase following the refresh of the brand’s visual identity.
My work focused primarily on the Brand Guidelines. I developed the official brand guidelines to define the new identity, ensuring the creation of professional and consistent layouts with a solid,
recognizable visual structure across every touchpoint.
I then managed social media communications, tailoring content for Instagram (B2C) and LinkedIn (B2B) to ensure maximum consistency with the brand’s new identity.
On Instagram, I maintained a cohesive feed by creating templates for posts, Reel covers, and Highlight icons.
On Instagram, I also created posts in collaboration with UnipolMove,
a brand within the Unipol ecosystem, ensuring that the two identities coexisted seamlessly.
Finally, I managed the production of Google Ads, adapting the creative concepts into multiple formats and
graphic variations to maximize the effectiveness of the performance marketing campaigns.
During that same internship, I helped design and create new templates for the GoWelfare brand’s LinkedIn posts; Elty’s marketing team oversees the brand’s communication strategy. This work, along with designing Welbee’s internal communications, strengthened my ability to
simultaneously manage multiple visual identities and tones of voice within a complex corporate ecosystem.
